Anita's passion for creating great meals comes from watching her mom prepare some of the best Soul Food cooking imaginable. Raised as an Army Brat, her family moved to various parts of the country where her mom would hold true to their southern roots while adding local dishes, just to mix things up. Watching her mom was the best culinary school Anita could have ever attended.

Today, Anita continues her family favorite food traditions, added with fresh local dishes, traditional American Grill favorites, and comfort food most will enjoy.

ASE caters and manages events that include Weddings and Social Gatherings, Corporate Breakfast and Lunch, and Private Parties. We offer meal plans for any dietary requirements and private Chef services for those on the run.
